About Tom Woodruff, South Carolina Trial Lawyer
Tom Woodruff, South Carolina Trial Law
Tom is licensed to practice in ALL state and federal Courts in South Carolina. This includes civil and accident law, criminal law and family law.
Tom received his law degree in 1982, from the University of South Carolina. He was admitted to practice in 1982 before the South Carolina Supreme Court. In 1983, he was admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the District of South Carolina. In 1984, Tom was admitted to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, Virginia.
Tom believes in community service, and has served as a Member of the South Carolina House of Representatives. He was formerly the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Tri-Development Center, and has served on the Aiken County Board of Disabilities.
Tom was born and raised in Aiken, and graduated from Aiken High School in 1976. When not working, he enjoys scuba diving.
